Took the scooter to Downtown where there's zero parking spaces yesterday. Zipped there in average time and spent about 2 minutes looking for parking.
Parking was everywhere, but it took me that much time to decide which space to take. I ended up rolling it onto the pavement between a sidewalk sign and some planters. Risking $100 ticket just to grab a hot dog and Mango Lassi? Sort of. I was crossing my fingers hoping cops wouldn't care especially on a Sunday.

The convenience of riding a scooter vs a car is excellent. I met up with a group of people who came down to visit my friend too and they all struggled with finding parking. I wonder how many miles the average driver spends looking for parking a year vs actual commuting.
