In the same parking stalls, I saw a Piaggio MP3 closeup! It's a three wheeled scooter! Two wheels up front and a single driving one in the back. No kick stand needed! It dwarfs the Vino by quite a big margin. More of a beast! These run about $7-8k for the base model if I remember correctly. The one you're looking at is one of the higher end models.
