Since I don't drive the car nearly as much and am able to stretch a tank to about 2-3 weeks, I've lowered my insurance coverage to save about $120/year. I no longer have coverage for my aftermarket parts and my deductible for comprehensive has risen to $250 from $100. Esurance just sent me a confirmation email. I'm saving $10 and some change per month. That's over a week and a half of scooter gas!
